INNOVATIVE BUILDING SOLUTIONS

CORE VALUES

Our company values are pivotal to the co-ordination and development of Truline. We strive to deliver services of high and consistent quality, operating productions with correct safety measures, as well as committing ourselves to maintaining sustainable and responsible operations.

Delivering quality is paramount to everything that we do. We operate an ongoing cycle of inspection, report and rectify throughout all stages of our work.

Safety will always be a vital principle within the construction industry, and we build this into all aspects of our operations.

As a company, we understand the impact of the construction sector on the environment. We believe this issue must be tackled head on.

CUSTOMER CARE

We maintain a first-rate quality service that our customers have come to expect. For us, repeat business and building relationships is just as important as our building projects. At Truline, frequent and ongoing training allows our people to maintain these core values and deliver them within all aspects of our projects both during construction and post completion.

COMMUNITY

Having been formed from working class roots, Truline feel it is extremely important to give back to the local community. From sponsorships to sourcing supplies from local companies, to our involvement in the CITB ambassador scheme. We want to directly give something back and benefit our community economically, socially, and environmentally.

MODERN METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION (MMC)

“Modern Methods of Construction are about better products and processes. They aim to improve business efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, environmental performance, sustainability and the predictability of delivery timescales. Modern Methods of Construction are, therefore, more broadly based than a particular focus on product. They engage people to seek improvement, through better processes, in the delivery and performance of construction.”

Barker 33 Cross-Industry Group, 2006

Here at Truline, we actively promote and advance the use of the Modern Methods of Construction. Over the years, we have gained vast experience and knowledge in this area, and see the huge benefits in these modes of construction. The use of Modern Methods of Construction is not defined solely by the use of specific products but is an ethos. It enables projects to be completed safer, faster, more cost efficiently and with less environmental damage. Not only does this method of construction help the client, but aids everybody involved in the project, allowing us to play our part in creating more sustainable builds.
